Kosta's needs this answer quite urgently and is unable to come in ATM so here I'm asking on his behalf :hat2:

The price difference is approximately $100 and his usage excludes heavy-gaming so it's not graphics intensive. Mobility is a must and therefore his candidates fell down to these sub-1kg machines.

Asus:
S5000

Note that the spec varies from the website: his choice is a Dothan 1.6ghz instead.

Acer:
TravelMate 3002WTCi

the acer one using 915g.. i think shld be better.. i sed 915g before... can play UT 2003 ( with minimum graphics ) ...

btw if u have avg, u cant do update in the school. and msn cant use also...

but for msn theres a firewall/network security by-pass software... haha everyone using it..

got quite a few sites u cant excess frm Np wireless net...

i heard something like yahoo search damn slow.. can slow until time out...

the school networks also not so clean le.... got some virus/torjan/worm/spywares/adwares lurking arnd...
