any1 noes hw long can the dell 85whr battery last as compare to the std 6cell 53whr?

My company just assign me a brand new DELL inspiron 640m notebook. Open up the box and there's no carrying bag for it. Is this normal for DELL?

Latitude D620....Encountered a couple of problems. First it was the wireless and then battery. But Dell's technical support is good though.

any1 gt bad experiencs wit dell hardwares?
i know their desktop are long lasting... a p3 500mhz brought when there is onli p3 500mhz is still working stable as a small office server of 6 computers....
