F@h at most drops load up to 97%, rarely hits 100.

yeah but same thing lol, I don't run games or benchmarks or anything that brings it anymore higher than 5% core usage most of the time, most probably will sell it soon :X

my sapphire can only do 1200/1500 at 1200mv. temp wise 43max under furmark burn test.

anything higher will have artifacts.

xeon e5-2660 es. still cant be v sure though. it's a very early 8c16t prototype.

u can try ati tray tools if the overclocking limit is too low. u can change the limit for overclock/underclocks under Tools & Options > General Settings > Advanced > Overclock limit.

tho there's a catch: the software hasnt been updated in 6 months and supports only up to 6900 series. can just try to see if it works with ur 7900 series card. if not then can just gg uninstall it.
