Heck. This is one of the worst mice in my mousng history. either way I am stuck with it so....

The poor thing

After lots of Photoshop and Quake III

The new Beetle! Take apart by pulling the "wings sideway and unscrewing the 2 embedded screws.

S+ARCK naked!

Soldered on the new joint since the cable was frayed.

And it still works!

Nah the mouse is black plastic by default.

The guys at M$ decided to give it a cheap silver paint job that comes off easily.

Maybe I'll just sand off the darn paint EOY and see if there is a DPI mod on the controller chip

yantronic is those type who would rather spend 10 bucks to buy a soldering iron to fix the mouse rather than to spend 10 bucks on a new mouse.
