I'm not sure if anyone has done it already (besides me), but there exists the latest firmware for JMicron-based SSDs that will solve the stuttering problem, at risk of voiding warranty. I've already flashed it to two of my drives, and performance seems quite good. Anyone who has already done the flashing can comment?
