If you are adventurous you can try Sim Lim tower. If you are less so, and don't mind paying some premium, Uvnium should have what you seek.

There is a Uvnium opening hours thread here on vrzone. It is in SLS.

some do come with 3 pin connectors, dell connection cables or even pwm. it's all just electronics connection nothing industrial about them. nope no yates in sls/slt.

All fan specs cannot be trusted. There is too much ambiguity on how the tests are done as there is no industry standard on how a fan should be tested.
