From reading what u posted, I believe when u manage to get through to him, u did not tell him of the problems u encountered? and proceeded to inform him of the problems only upon meeting him to pass him the receipt?

If that's the case, then i guess since now ur card sent for RMA alrdy, then there's no point in provoking either side or sonething across that line.

I would have huge doubts if a buyer/seller wants to meet me after dealing, with the intention of doing 1 thing, and yet upon meeting, says wan an exchange instead.

Lewis should not have run no doubt, but I guess (if he did run) different people have different reactions in situations like this, not saying his actions was right though. Especially if you have previous bad trade records

If i am in his shoes, i would have proceed to verify the claims on my rig together with buyer. Running away just mean guilty to me. Man don't run away and hide from responsibility, only boys do that.

I didn't want to trade back the card and you now use another stupid reason to come and flame me. In the first place, all the trade, topup amount is YOU set it and as i am looking for this particular card so it alway the trader have the say of word. and please men the trade is like a few months back and you still got the face to start a flaming thread NOW?

After checking your past rep, do you think i dare to mention to you that the card is faulty? I think this would lessen the chance of meeting up to exchange.

Why did i start this thread now (after approx 2 months?) It's because i do not want to make false claims based on my laymen hardware testing.

Ban Leong has accepted the card and sent it to TW for repairs and i'm still waiting for the card to come back. (using 3870 loan card now and it is running flawlessly)

If it is not faulty, why wouldn't you do the exchange back?

The bottomline is, why did you run away leaving me at the hawker centre like a fool and then switched off your phone after that?

Hi bro GegeV2,

I only managed to get through him on monday, couldn't get through him throughout sunday which makes me paranoid, so i went on googling his HP number and found out that he is jujubeans with bad trade rep.

As such, i am cautious meeting with such people i guess anyone who find out this type of chut pattern people will be extra careful, if i told him the card is faulty through the phone, i don't think i ever be able to reach him again.

Yes i told him the problems i have faced such as unable to screw in nicely on one of the screw as the card has one additional screw behind blocking the pci slot. As well as mentioning to him the problems i stated in my first post.

I think running away is pretty dramatic. I don't see why anyone have to run in a non confrontational situation if he or she is not guilty of something. And having 2 nicks to deal is def dodgy. I am not taking sides, but if I look at the situation, its kind of points at LewisTan as the one at fault.
