To the moderators of VR-Zone.

I was banned previously for experimenting a bug. Afterwhich I stopped for singing class before reporting some interesting findings. Before i could do that, my account got suspended for 5 days (if i'm not wrong).

I was already kind of pissed because I feel that there was nothing wrong with what I did. All i was doing is just experimenting stuff and reporting to CF. If CF, u can say that I did msged u that there was a bug, there should be no reason in banning me for testing where the extent the bug can hold up to!

well, before i reported it (cuz i had to go singing class), my acc got banned.

Report of the bug:

Users are able to post items containing spam messages, deleting them off without the deduction of VR-points.

Threads can be created to hold spam messages, flooding can be done to the thread, and before any users can see it, the TS is able to delete the thread, while he earns the VR-points.

max points i've tested was 26points. Which holds to about 1-2kb of spam msg.

Afterwhich was told by CF in a firm manner that I could no longer sell my leftover sennheiser units to the forumers because they were afraid that they may be counterfeit items. I mean, supplier already told me its genuine upteen times and people are still not believing it, what can I do right... so I just took it down and went ahead with clearing my Soundmagic PL-50 earphones.

C'mon man, i dun do ebay because ebay does not allow people to discuss in the thread like what forums do. I'm simply clearing everything I have in my cupboard thats been standing there for so long. There are no commercial entity in it or whatsoever, what have I done to earn myself a locked thread?

Please advice, i need solid proof that what I'm doing is really against the rules of VR-Zone. It used to be OK, but why the sudden nasty treatment from the moderators now?

seriously speaking, i'm not like doing things that are against any mods or whatsoever to deserve 'cornering' treatments from moderators like that.

I can see 2 separate issues here.

Let's discuss them one by one.
1. Deduction of points due to system abuse.
2. Sennheiser

I believe I had already explained to you via MSN about the temp ban. From my understanding, you have accepted the temp ban. I do not understand why you wish to bring up the issue. It was a system abuse. We enforced a tighter control after what had happened.

As for Sennheiser issue, first of all, we do fear authencity of the goods. You contacted me many months ago requested to take down all your Sennheiser threads due to fear of official crackdown. Things were laid low for a while. Furthermore, during that period, another user (Nitric) attracted the attention of Sennheiser Singapore.

We are also cleaning up a lot of threads in Market place as we want market place to remain to what it was intended to be: for 2nd hand items and unwanted items. We allowed users to open shop for a period of time but it turned out to be abused.

We wish to strictly enforce rules now to ensure all users will be able to take advantage of the market place.

Please allow me to continue clearing the soundmagic earphones dah. I'm left with more than 20 sets, VR-Zone really helps me in this. I've not abused the system or whatsoever... just placed the thread there for people to see...

As for the temp ban, although its accepted, but i feel that its a lil bit unfair. Not wanting to voice up anything, i just kept myself away from VRZ (if u notice i surf this forum everyday... after the ban i jit tao duwan come liao)

I feel a lil bit unjust, its just what i feel, u dun have to do anything. Just letting people know how i feel to the situation.

As for the Ultimate Earphones Shop thread, i requested to take it down because of the Bose earphones, not the sennheiser ones. The Bose had problems and I have to take it out so that people will not see the thread and purchase from me. I'm practising whatever precaution so that the community here does not get cheated in any form.

I hope that we can have some agreement to the pl-50 thread. I'm just requesting that thread to be back up. Thanks buddy. I'm really clearing the phones away.

If not, i'll spend some time everyday to report all those people who are having businesses in this forum. I hope my threads are not locked because you guys want to corner me out of garage sales, which I think I did not do anything to earn that.
