Hi i'm going taiwan this coming feb, and it the 1st time.

Got some Noob Q to ask

Is the changing the taiwan $ better in SG or go taiwan and change better? and also how u think of the current rate.

If change in SG is better then which money changer u recommend me,

taiwan streets hard to find money changer. also, better to have USD rather than SGD. easier to change at malls. i had a hard time finding money changers in taiwan. they can only change in the bank which i think closes at 3pm. i was ok with lil NT because i was there on transit.
