Just to share. Client of mine decided to go for a low cost insurance when he purchase budget air line ticket. The provider is in fact by AIG. However when he wanted to make a claim, the harsh facts were revealed. He was unable to claim for laptop damage as this was excluded from the insurance policy. It would have been included if he had purchased from AIG instead. Although he would have to pay a few dollars more, his coverage would have been more extensive.
