Just came back from Qinghai and Tibet trip (15days) and thought i share some pics. Hope you guys like it.

My first day is at Xining city 西宁市区 and we took some night scene.

千姿湖

扎仓温泉 This is the local hot spring. Man and woman naked together in the same spring. They don't seem to mind us taking photos. Refer to next link.

most of your pic in very rural places. where do you stay in the night?
in city and make day trip? or camp there? or homestays among the locals?
you go chengdu first then go qinghai from there?

Most of the picts were taken during day trip or along the way. Only in Namtso and Mount Everest we stay at Guest house, the rest were hotels.

For this trip, we fly to Xining and travel around Qinghai, then took a train to Tibet.
