i did not install apache server ... thats the problem...

any program installs it as a sub program?

check services. it is in the control panel under administrative tools. check if apache is there. and also check the apache installation folder. if it is a virus it is unlikely that it is in those places. if it is missing in either of the places check msconfig (run->msconfig), there in the startup you should see it. you should be able to see the location of the exe file.
These should tell you whether it is a virus or was installed by another program.

Not sure if you want to keep that installed. Nvidia still hasn't properly fixed that piece of crap.
