A friend of mine has been using this neighbor A's wireless network to access Internet and her company portal for some time now with no problem. But now she can no longer access the portal's login page using A's network. However she can still access other websites. This is not all. But if she uses another neighbor B's network, she is able to access the portal login page.

She is currently using IE6. In order to use A's network, she has to use firefox to access portal login's page.

What could be the explanation for this?
