anybody how i can solve this problem?!! the icon ting

i just alt tab from a program i loading to go back to desktop and it just goes like this...

Could be a programming bug or corruption....your win xp 'special brand' izit? LOL, This type of problem tends to happen more for 'special brands'. You can try putting in your CD and use the fix windows option to fix this problem. It SHOULD work.

i put in my window xp cd..tan wat shuld i do?! it come out install window xp, install optional window component, perform additional task n check system compatibility

LOL, there should be an option to repair windows installation. Think you might need to search the web for the exact instructions, I remember doing it before but damn long ago liao.

refresh the xp icon cache then see how!

Windows XP Icon Cache
Just refresh the icon cache by deleting the IconCache.db file from your profile directory (usually /Documents and Settings/Username/Local Settings/Application Data). It will be automatically recreated.
