I think is after i install the ASUS AI Suite then this will always come out everytime after the pc is boot up.

probably some startup thing.. go type: msconfig and see whats there.. then untick it..? as u said startup hehe

aaCenter.exe is the source of your problem.
Use Larrytok's solution
or use services.msc to disable the service.
