i just checked up my processor just now, and i saw some thermal paste leakage into the inserting pins...

but fortunately, it still can boot up and use as normal...

so i wonder if i can exchange to a new one....?

I suppose you not using the stock cooler and the thermal paste.

If u using stock AMD Cooler with the thermal tape greyish square substance, shouldn't leak, THUS amd distro in sg won't rma for u if using 3rd party cooler and paste!

If not wrong damage caused dued to usage of 3rd party products are not covered for warranty.

To be more precise, all damage/warranty claims caused by the usage of 3rd party products are not covered. Like say... you don't use heatsink and it baozha then not covered. But if their chip got problem, everyday random bsod or osmething then still cover lor

they wouldn't void unless they found traces of you using which cause the processor to damage. if u manage to remove the traces then ok
