Black bars at top and bottom for Windows Desktop in Dell Monitor chinesealbumart Nov 1st, 09, 09:30 PM #1 (permalink)
I have a Dell 2408WFP monitor for a long time. I always run resolution at 1920 by 1200. The whole windows desktop is nicely fit the monitor.

Tonight, I bo liao .. I play around with the settings in Windows Display and switch to 1920 by 1080.

I noticed that the windows desktop does NOT fit the monitor. Instead there are black bars at the top and the bottom. Why huh ? Anything I need to do if I want to maintain at 1920 x 1080 or I should not even be at this resolution ?

(Sorry if too noob question)...
