Generic ATX Casing + VIOS 450W PSU (Cheap)

who uses a Vios 450W PSU? What's the strongest gfx card that can be powered by this PSU ah? u all think enuff juice for 9600gt green edition anot?

bro, if you want to see smoke soon then use it at your own risk as this psu don't really gave you full power as on the label.

this 450 psu only gives you 230 - 260 watt of juice

450 is just the peak, pushing over 260 over long hours will result in *Kaboom*

Before that must calculate properly, so please list your full spec:

1 - Cpu
2 - Mobo
3 - How many sticks of ram
4 - How many HDD's
5 - Optical Drives
6 - How many usb device
7 - How many Fans + Sizes, with or without LEDs
8 - Any PCI/ PCI-e Devices?

Just to let you know VIOS psu are weaker then iCute...

My friend ICute PSU caught Fire... Den Xplode..

This CM 5 Casing were blast apart, side window broke, explosion cause his True 120 to Break off his Mobo Gigabyte P965-DS3. The portion where the back plate is mounted to hsf came off with his e6550 inside.

When i went over by cab, i pick up his HSF and said to him..
"Hey! Its Intel Inside"

So he took the chance and ask his parents to fix a new PC

My 10mths old Rig, E7400 + GigabyteP45 UD3LR / 2Gb Valueram 800mhz / 500gb harddisk / dvd-rw / 9600gt 512mb with 6pin pci-e port

slightly oc to 3.33

awaiting for smoke to appear

and erm please don't try this on a main rig
