Samsung Korea has announced their latest portable multimedia player, the Samsung R1. It features a 2.6-inch touchscreen display and incorporates the company's proprietary TouchWiz user interface for easy navigation and selection. Comes in 8GB or 16GB memory, the R1 will be available in Europe in September as well as other countries including Singapore and Hong Kong.
