True. Find that electronic retailers are always gouging the customer here in Singapore for high end items.

Whereas for 512, people might take a gander at the PS3 Slim, at 412, people would sooner hop onto iPod Touch (just as boring but at least usable as a pocketable web device) or anything else. Shame, because I was briefly considering to get a PSP. You blew it, Sony,

Boycott!!

Don't buy until they lower the price to that of the rest of the world. Why should we pay so much more than the taiwanese or americans.

If no one buys sony will be forced to lower prices.

Its an idea, but not a good one ... coz firstly, you can't coerce EVERYONE to not buy them..

Secondly, Singapore market is too small for them..... their target is elsewhere where the profits are a lot higher...

The psp joystick placement really sux. What if those people fingers cant reach(which i think almost everyone)..den must hold it in an awkward position making the hold not firm and has a tendency of dropping it.

Don't understand why is there even hype for that crap.

The PSP GO features

1. Smaller Screen
2. Horrible D-pad layout
3. No option to use USB and force consumers to use specialise cable to incorporate Media Go to transfer file.
4. Can't change battery (No more long hours of play)
5. NO UMD SLOT (So what happens to all our current UMD games!?)

Considering the fact that the local PSN is pathetic at best, the PSP GO is a NO GO here.
