Customers losing business due to Internet downtime Shamino Apr 22nd, 06, 03:44 PM #1

Singapore, 19th April - customers of Internet Colocation provider SphereoSoft have been experiencing downtime for the past few days. SphereoSoft has been defaulting payment to their back-end infrastructure provider Pacific Internet Network Operations Center, and this resulted in Pacific Internet cutting off the internet lines to all customers of SphereoSoft. Even though customers of SpeheroSoft have been making prompt payments to SphereoSoft, they have been indirectly and adversely affected in their internet business because of this. Requests for accessing the data by these customers so that their businesses can resume have been turned down by Pacific Internet. All attempts to contact SphereoSoft have been futile.

It's probably time for VR-Zone to have their own server at an ISP.

Actually i heard some news about Sphereosoft but how true i dont know.

I have used their service 2 years back and they are in tip-top condition.
Suddenly turn up so bad. I think abut 25 units of servers held hostage by Pacnet =/

I can accept failure. Everyone fails at something. But I can't accept for not trying.
