VR dispute thread is meant to resolve and also warn other marketplace dealer of problematic dealers.

Its often being missed as seldom i'll take noticed of it unless something happen then i head for it to read or post.

Just curious what sort of legal implication will come across to open a sub forum or even shifting a main forum into sub?
