to moderators, please look into the constant posting of irrelevent news by some which is disturbing

an example is by "y eye" who posts
1. news not IT
2. news that are political
3. adding his own views and alter the actual news
4. posting irrelevant graphics
5. adding words into others' comments where in fact they never made the comment

IT services threatened all across Ukraine

If you search posts by nickname, you will see that he post alot of unrelated news in that section
