Is the disclaim meant to work that way, as in show everytime you visit the MO forum/post a reply on it? It's quite inconvenient to keep ticking the box to say I agree, shouldn't once be enough? Hope something can be done here.

recently this disclaimer has been sending me to a blank page and when I re-click the URL to get into the MO forum, the disclaimer comes up again.

Please look into this, thanks

After I put in the tick at the disclaimer ... it now gives me HTTP 404 Error
