Dear Mods ,I've settle an issue with Alexcool who insulted my mother and cheated my money regarding the iPhone and all my threads can be seen at the dispute corner .

He's apologised and the matter is resolved so can my bad rating be removed

if he is agreeable to removing his bad rating for you he can do it himself
