St.Games SIM Racing Challenge 10th July - 7th Aug Weekly (Friday)
Car to be used - F1 Ferrari 2007

Tournament Format
• TIMING : starting at 1900 every friday, might be 1 or 2 hours depending on the number of participants.
• TARGET GROUP : Racing enthusiasts.
• REGISTRATION (one-time payment) : $15
• MAXIMUM PARTICIPANTS : No limit
• PRIZES : Grand prize – Obutto (Worth S$599)
Mini prices – vouchers.
• INCENTIVES UPON REGISTRATION:
Allowed to purchase Obutto at discounted price (S$579)
Practice sessions at $5/hr (On own accord)
• GAME FORMAT (back to back for 5 weeks) :
Number of consoles to be used: 2
- Type of car/mode. (To be set by St.Games – One selected circuit and car)
- Transmission = manual
- Active steering = strong
- Driving physics = professional
- Active stability management (ASM) = off
- Traction control = off
- Driving line = off
*Participants will be allowed 4 qualifying sessions to attain the top 10 fastest lap time for a single circuit in a selected car
*The Top 10 fastest participants will then proceed to the grand final where the top 3 will be decided.
Participants will not need to take part in all qualifying sessions (at least once should they believe that their times and position is sufficient to qualify for the
grand final)
Actual Competition to start on 10th Jul – Registration to close on final qualifying session
Grand Final Scheduled on 7th August
Participants scheduled for their race times at intervals to prevent crowding
Participants allowed 5min of warm-up time before actual race
A Time-Attack System is adopted where participants are allowed 3 laps to attain their best time
Results of sessions will be posted online.
Rules & Regulation
• Competitors are not allowed to bring/use personal equipment
• Only 5 mins are allocated for warm up, marshal will start the race when time is up regardless
• Competitors are not allowed to install any custom software – Competitors caught doing so will be disqualified
• If competitors are found to be guilty of foul play and misconduct, they will be disqualified
• All competitors must bring a valid identity card for verification
• Any faults originating from the system/gear during the course of play will be assessed, with any further action to be taken decided by the marshal
• We expect participants to practice sportsmanship so that everyone may enjoy the game
• Any feedback on how the competition can be improved would be appreciated
