wow...guess waiting for the White Throated to come out and dive is not wasted though it didnt come out..
I was sitting down staring into space at Me and Choo's Playground for 1 hour when suddenly a huge silhoette came by. I normally go to this Playground when i do not have enough time for birding. I call this Quick Birding as this is just a stone's throw away from where i stay. Thought it was a purple heron at first, ok, i ran through the tight corner to catch the Mysterious Huge Figure and guess what came out.. totally a surprise..just like Kinder Surprise eggs with a toy in it.. I know this will not ever come back here because it was truly luck and "Magical" that it came down to say hi to me. Walked closer and closer.. soon joggers also stopped by because these are not everyday subjects they see everyday. It caught their eye obviously.
At first i was too far, but grabbed some insurance shot first at my maximum range before it is too late.
I wanted to shoot some taking off shot, but i was busy calling my sister to come out & check this out since we live a stone's throw away, and arghh !! It flew off when my finger was not at the shutter..LOL.
I was msging Choo halfway after it flew away when suddenly i heard some1 called from Behind. Kennie ! Hey Kennie ! Guess who it was? It was Choo ! LOL. What a small world. Sorry man, need to bring your daughter out for cycling and not able to bring your 300 2.8 out LOL ! After that went to work.
Our playground always has full of surprises...the other time was pittas..now this..who knows...Black and Red BroadBill tmr at our playground? haha
